Exploring both sides of the coin...
After a challenging time in 2009 Jim Wheat crashed into the Art world uninvited. His contrasting journey from the corporate world of construction, neck deep into the sand filled bunkers of commercial management at Dubai Golf was a time of change. His relentless journey over the last decade-and-a-bit pursuing contemporary expression with relentless passion as a means of survival marches on. Creativity was his salvation, his reason to be which he now channels to help others tell their story through his Engage:Create:Facilitate model both on & offline.
In 2011, Jim Wheat embarked on a journey, giving birth to Dollarsandart as an expressive outlet during a period of personal trials and tribulations. His story unfolded as he navigated this artistic endeavor, which has since evolved into something truly remarkable. Gratitude fills his heart for the countless collaborations and commissions he's had the privilege to undertake through his Engage : Create : Facilitate model. Jim Wheat continues to develop his own body of work through his 'one collection per year' goal as he approaches the 15th dollarsandarrt collection with vigour.
